My name is Crystal Kyle, and I am the proud founder of With You In Mind, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering single parents to overcome life’s challenges.

 As a single mother, I balanced the demands of raising my children while earning an MBA in Human Resource Management, and certifications in Impact and Time Management Coaching. With over 20 years of HR and management experience and 15+ years in recruiting, I’ve cultivated a career built on resilience, hard work, and dedication.

Motivated by my personal journey, I created With You In Mind, Inc. as a resource for single parents seeking personalized guidance and a supportive community. My mission is to help families achieve their goals and thrive.
